The ESTI AI Connector lets you find and analyze real estate deals from inside AI assistants such as Claude and ChatGPT. It searches for homes for sale, returns renovation cost, after-repair value, profit and ROI estimates for buy-renovate-resell (fix-and-flip) deals, runs custom scenarios, and surfaces ESTI Profit Picks. It does not provide rental or short-term rental analysis.
Using the connector requires a free ESTI account, which you can create when you connect. You authorize access through a secure sign-in (OAuth). The connector receives a token confirming you are a signed-in ESTI user; it does not receive or store your password. If you sign in with Google, that sign-in is handled by Google and governed by Google's privacy policy.
When you make a request, the connector processes the search details you or your assistant provide (for example a city, ZIP code, address, price range or scenario numbers), your ESTI account identity, and the resulting property and analysis data. Property and comparable-sales data is provided through ESTI's data sources.
We use this information to return the property analysis you request, to operate, secure and improve the service, and to tell you about ESTI products, services and offers that may be relevant to you. We do not sell your personal information.
If you have an ESTI account, we may contact you about ESTI features, services and offers. You can opt out of marketing messages at any time using the unsubscribe link in those messages or through your ESTI account settings, without affecting your ability to use the connector.
Your requests are sent to ESTI's servers to fulfill the analysis. The AI assistant you use (Claude, ChatGPT or another) processes your conversation under its own privacy policy. We share data with service providers, such as our hosting providers, only as needed to operate the connector.
The connector itself does not store your requests. To improve performance, ESTI's servers keep property data in memory for about a minute. When you connect, ESTI issues sign-in tokens: an access token that expires after 1 day and a refresh token that expires after 90 days, renewed as you use the connector. Our hosting providers keep standard server logs, which may include the location you searched, for a limited period for security and troubleshooting. Your ESTI account information is kept while your account is open.
You can disconnect the connector at any time in your AI assistant's settings; its sign-in tokens then expire on their own. To delete your ESTI account and its data, contact info@esti.com.
