Find and analyze real estate deals in your AI assistant
The ESTI connector brings ESTI's renovation estimates and investment numbers into Claude, ChatGPT and other AI assistants. Search homes for sale across the US and see each one's renovation cost, after-repair value, profit and ROI.
What you need
- A free ESTI account. You can create one in about a minute when you connect, or sign in with Google.
- An AI assistant that supports connectors, such as Claude or ChatGPT.
Connect ESTI
Claude: open Settings → Connectors and add ESTI from the directory.
ChatGPT and other assistants: add ESTI from the assistant's app or connector directory.
When you connect, ESTI's sign-in page opens. Choose Create a free account, Continue with Google, or sign in with your existing ESTI account, then click Allow. You only do this once.
What you can ask
- Search for deals. "Find fix-and-flip deals in Phoenix, AZ under $400,000." Filter by city and state, ZIP code, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, minimum ROI or profit.
- Analyze a property. "Give me the full flip analysis for 3132 B Street in Sacramento, with comparable sales." Returns the renovation estimate, after-repair value, profit, ROI, deal costs and nearby comparable sales.
- Test your own numbers. "If I use better finishes and pay a 5% agent fee on that house, what's my profit?" Change the purchase price, renovation budget, finish level, closing, agent or staging costs.
- See ESTI Profit Picks. "Show me ESTI's Profit Picks." ESTI's current list of its most profitable flips.
Good to know
- Resale only. ESTI analyzes buy-renovate-resell deals. It does not estimate rent, cash flow or cap rate.
- All-cash numbers. Profit and ROI assume an all-cash purchase, with no loan interest or holding costs.
- Read-only. The connector only looks up information. It never changes anything in your ESTI account.
- Estimates, not advice. All numbers are algorithm-derived and approximate. Verify independently before you invest; see the disclaimer.
Disconnect
Remove ESTI in your assistant's connector settings at any time. To delete your ESTI account, email info@esti.com.
